LET'S GO RIDING!
Do you love to ride but get bored riding in a ring, or don’t have enough friends to ride with? If so, our Saddle Club is for you. We have 1,200 acres to ride right here at the ranch, and we are only a 60-minute drive from Atlanta or Chattanooga. We have Club rides every Saturday for only $25.00.
To
join the Club, riders must be able to show that they practice safe behavior,
can help saddle a horse and can ride independently. Come and take our one
hour lesson/orientation for $40.00 – we’ll introduce you to
our horses and help you select the one that will be the best match for your
riding abilities.
Then we’ll start an orientation in our fenced three acres, advancing to the pastures and the trails. Once you’ve passed our orientation, you are pronounced a Club Member and can join our open trail rides.
If
your skills aren’t quite where they need to be yet, we will provide
additional lessons so that you can quickly join the club. Don’t let
your inexperience stop you from joining in the fun – we provide a
friendly and safe atmosphere for everyone.
Trail rides are tailored to the skill level of the group. Beginners will be accommodated either in the fenced three acres or in scheduled Beginner Rides.
Horse
owners can also join the Club and ride their own horses on our trails for
$25.00 per person. Free trailer parking. Arrangements can be made in advance
for us to trailer your horse to and from the ranch if you are staying in
our cabins. Call for pricing and availability.
Club members who ride with us often and who have become familiar with the trails and the horses may be allowed to ride without a guide.
