ROOM POLICIES
DEPOSITS
20% of the total reservation is due when reservations are placed and confirmed, and is not refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged the 20% deposit fee. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the reservation will not be charged the balance of the lodging fees, except for applicable sales tax. If less than 72 hours notice is given, the full payment for the entire reservation period is required - with 30% of that amount applied toward a future reservation at any time of your choosing.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. - Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is allowed inside any structure; however, smoking is allowed outside. Receptacles for discarded cigarette butts are strategically placed for your convenience in order to keep the grounds pristine for other guests.
PET POLICY
We are big animal lovers at Seventy-Four Ranch and we know guests don’t want to leave their four legged family members behind. All well behaved pets are allowed to be guests at the ranch.
Dogs are allowed to stay with you in your room at no charge (no dog food is supplied).
All our rooms are dog friendly – and your pet can sleep in your room with you. We ask that you don’t allow pets to sleep on the beds.
The Butler-Cape House and the Western Village cabins sit within a fenced three acres. Our fencing is made of rustic wood covered with small mesh. Even our jack russells have not been able to get out of it. So feel free to let your dog run around and have lots of fun. They will be safe from traffic and getting lost.
Our gates all have pet-proof safety locks on them. We ask that all guests carefully close these locks every time they use the gates.
When you come to the ranch for the first time with your pet, please call us ahead of time and let us know your estimated arrival time. This will give us time to bring in some of our dogs so that your dog can have a chance to get to know the ranch before your dog meets all our dogs.
